  1. Up to about thirty years ago the estate of Seeorum was owned by a landlord named Lord Garvagh. He lived in Co Derry. He was a good landlord and the tenants liked him. This landlord lived about seventy years ago.
    In Summer he built a Summer house at Seeorum lake and he used to stay there for weeks at a time.
    Some men made poiteen in it in Winter and that vexed him and he got the house pulled down.
    There was very few evictions under this landlord. When he died, his son became owner. He was not as good as
