    a light coming towards it at night. When it gets to the gate in front of it, it disappears.
    There is also a fort in Gort an t-Sagairt a townland in the parish of (the) Doora. In a field nearby there is a very big rock called The Piper's Rock. There is a tradition that a piper was heard playing there at night some years ago. A priest is supposed to have been buried there. That is why it is called Gort an t-Sagairt.
    In a townland called Castletown in the parish Doora there is an old fort. If you go in there
