    they could not see. Mr Reilly filled it up because the cattle were falling into it. Some people say there were fairies to be seen on them Halloween night. I read a lot of stories them meeting with people long ago but nobody ever sees them nowadays. They are supposed to be out at twelve o'clock in the middle of the night. They wear a green and red jacket.
