    About half a mile from Kilnaleck on the road between Kilnaleck and Ballinagh and in the townland of Drumbrath
    there is an old tombstone to be seen.
    The story about this
    tombstone is. There was a man who stole this stone from Kill graveyard so that he would have a flat hearth-stone. The man died and the house decayed.
    Sometime ago when men were ploughing they found the stone and placed it along the road. The inscription on the tombstone is

    ? 2d 1742.
