  1. The "old" Church was situated where the present school shed is. The present National School was built from the stone of the Church.
The Church was T shaped and had three galleries. It was built from granite and "weeping-stone". I was present when the first stone was raised for the New Church. Fr Lynch was the Curate who had it built.
