   "blinds" while the other half hides. When they have hidden they shout "coo”. When the "blinders" hear the shout they run to find them that are hiding. When we have found them we bring them to where they are "blinding" and make them "blind" while they are hiding. Then you play steps to London by counting out twenty. Whoever gets it is "Mary". Then she goes about seven yards from the others. And she says "Mary, Mary, one, two, three. While she says that the other girls take a few steps. Then if she sees anyone of them stepping when she looks around, she tells them to go back to the beginning. Then whoever gets to Mary first by stepping wins the game. One of the local games we play is Blind man`s buff. This is the way it is played. A group of children get together, and some one in the group puts a thick blind on his eyes. He goes fumbling round trying to catch someone else. Whoever is caught first has to go round next, and so on until they are tired of it.
