   There are certain traditions about birds. Some people say that if you rob a swallows nest your cows will milk blood. People say that the robin was trying to take the thorn crown off Jesus head when he got some of Jesus blood on his breast.
   There is an old saying and it goes like this, -
   "The robin and the wren,
   Are God Almighty's cock and hen.
   The cuckoo and the sparrow,
   Are God's plough and harrow."

   There is another rhyme which says, -
   The wren she rears but ten,
   She rears them up like gentlemen.
   The Cuckoo she rears but two,
   She rears them up like a beggar's crew.

   Certain birds seem to say some words. The blackbird calls, "Bring him in," "Bring him in,"
