  1. James Curran, Gurteen County Leitrim, has a two storey thatched house. It consists of two rows of windows. There is a hall running from the front door to the back door on the under storey. There are four sleeping rooms upstairs. the under floor consists of a palour a hall a kitchen a sleeping room and a dairy or milk room. The walls are built of stone. There are two chimneys on it.
