    There are no forts on our land. But there are several I know of. There is one on Bob Millars farm it is called the fort of Lisdochs. Another I know of is on Conlons farm anjoining our land. Another on Charles Byrnes in Abbeyshrule and one on James Byrnes in Tenelick. There are several forts on Mr Duffs farm which is called the Commons. I can see a lot of forts coming to school also they are on John Newman land in Lisnacreeg on Mrs Cody's in Colehill. It is strange to relate that you can see one fort from another. The people say that there are fairies in forts but I never got anyone to say they saw them or heard them play any music.
