  1. It is a very nice thing to have a good collection of riddles adn the person that has is welcome in any Irish house. Riddes are used very much at parties or around the fire at night. It is very nice to have a few riddles at a party + especially at a childrens party. The children have great fun guessing and trying to solve them. Soem riddes ar every easy and some are very hard
    I know many riddles myself. here are some of them.
    What always walks with its head down?
    Black and white and read all over?
    What can go up the chimney down but can't come down the chimney up?
    Round the house round the house and sleeps in the corner at night?
    How far does a rabbit run into the wood?
    What side of the cup is the handle on?
    What is the difference between a camel and an orange?
    Which is it, the yoke of an egg is white or the yoke of an agg are white?
    Ink ank under the bank ten drawing four?
    Long legs short thighs little head adn no eyes?
    What has an eye but can't see?
    Head like a timble tail like a rat you can guess for ever but you can't guess that?
