  1. Once upon a time a man got married and brought his wife to live with his sister.
The two women were always quarrelling with each other and could not agree.
One day when the man came in looking for his dinner, there was no sign of any, because the two women had spent the day fighting with each other.
So in a terrible rage he started off and said he would go through the world to seek his fortune.
After knocking about here and there for some time he came to a house, and a woman rushed out saying he was the first man she has seen for a long time.
She asked him where he came from and he said "from Heaven".
Then she wanted to know if he knew a man there named Tim Doyle and he said he did.
She asked him if he would take Tim some praties and eggs when he went back to Heaven and he said he would surely.
