Feeling refreshed after each rest Biddy continued on and day found her sitting on a hill overlooking a village. On the first sign of life Biddy descended on the village and discovered that she was in Glasson five or six miles from Athlone.
Having refreshed herself in the village pub Biddy started on the return journey to Collierstown.
