The reason for migration of birds is not altogeher known, but is said that for some birds, temperate lands have proved more suitable for breeding than the tropics, while the tropics are more suitable for their ordinary life. So as soon as the urge to breed comes on them they move to temperate lands, returning again to the tropics when their young have been reared.
The sky-Lark is one of the birds that soars high up in the sky. If a boy is coming to rob the nest the bird first walks a bit and then soar. Then the boy thinks that her nest is in the place from which she soared.
