Houses long ago 4-7-1938.
The houses long ago were not built as high as the houses we have at present. They made mud houses long ago and called them "Bailefídíns".before they built their houses they went to ask Biddy Early where would they build the houses.Sometimes ,they asked a priest.
A house in Shanaway West near Miltown was built in one day.A landlord named Clery evicted peter O Neill out of his house ,and the neighbours gathered and made the house in the other side of the road. There was no room in it but one kitchen.
