The juice of the dandelion is supposed to cure kidney trouble.
Chin Cough.
It is said that chin cough can be cured by carrying the patient in the arms and travelling on until a man riding or driving a grey horse is met. The person carrying the patient says , "Good morning man with grey horse, what is a good cure for the chin cough?" and whatever the man with the grey horse prescribes, it is supposed to cure the chin cough. Another local belief is that the patient should bury a darbh-daol and as the darbh-daol is rotting so is the patient is recovering.

Can be cured by making a circle with ink around the affected spot.
Boils
Put snails into a cloth. Pound them including the shell and apply to the boil.
