    every window. The youngest in the family lights the candles. Before going to bed the children hang up their stockings for Santa Claus. When the morning comes everyone is delighted. A big breakfast and all of the family goes to mass. When the dinner is ready all injoys it No one leaves their house that day.
    Corpus Cristi. It falls on the 5th. June. It is kept in honour of Jesus Christ. There is a procession in Kilkenny city every year. Many people go to march in the procession and to look at it.
    Shrove Tuesday, is the last Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. No person can get married after that day. It is supposed to be lucky to get married on Shrove Tuesday.
    Holy Thursday. On holy Thursday there is a mass said. There are two Hosts Consecrated on that day one for the same day and the other for Good Friday.
