- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)dainty colours. Deep cream, pink o white are the colours that are generally worn at a marriage in Kilkenny.
As a sign of good luck an old shoe is tied to the back of the car the bridal pair are in. Monday and Wednesday are lucky days to get married. After the mariage a lovely break-fast is served. Many friends and relitaves are invited. During breakfast the Bride and Bridgegroom receive many telegrams of congrad-ulations.
After breakfast there is danci and singing and all the folks enjoy themselves. Then towards evening the bridal pair go on their honeymooon.- Bailitheoir
