    Rose noble was a good cure for pains. It grows in this country. The people would boil it and there would come juice out of it. The people would drink it and they would drink it and they would throw away the stalk.
    The people would go to holy wells to get cures for pains. When they would go to the well they would wash any part of them that was sore. The water of the well would cure them.
