Ar an leathanach seo
- An old custom in the locality is to "kettle" newly married people more especially if the bride and groom are elderly. This kettling is done by the neighbours when there is no "spree" at the wedding.
A real "kettling" is composed of horn blowing for a certain time; next comes rattling of of cans and horns of all sorts. You can understand that each boy coming to rattle would have the best way he could of making noise.
Next comes the cheering and booing mixed with laughing and all kinds of language. When a crowd of lads would gather round a house with(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
