“Once upon a time there lived a man and his wife in the town of Asdee.”
(ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)flour. The man came home with the box in his hand, and they had plenty of flour every day. Some time after his wife got anxious for money and sold some of the flour. The little man came then and took away the box. When the man came home in the evening, he took a bill-hook in his hand and went to the wood to cut the tree. He came to the same place and cut a tree, a crowd of little men came out of the tree. They punished the man because of his disobedience.Told byWilliam Flaherty (55)
