On St Patrick's day people wear Shamrocks, and there are amusements, such as football matches and concerts every place.Shrove comes between Xmas and Easter. This is a popular time for marrying. On Shrove Tuesday people make a feast on pan-cakes. Ash Wednesday is a day of fasting.
