  1. People make blood puddings. They use pigs blood generally. The blood is put into a vessel, and onions, oaten meal, or barley, parsley, or other herbs are mixed up in it till it is solid. Then it is put into the pudding, which is the gut of the pigs and boiled well. Blood puddings are also made from Goose's blood, the skin of the neck is used as a pudding skin, chicken's and hens blood is also used.
