    A few evenings ago I paid a visit to the house of the above named lady. She showed me a stone and asked me to observe it carefully.

    this year two soldiers were executed in each house, and one of the two that were in Miss Lougherys traced the year on this peculiar stone.
    There was no room in the fort for the soldiers and so two were billeted in each house.
