   Early in the morning when the clouds do swell,
   If you saw the sun shining on it,
   You would think it was Edens grand gardens to see,
   God bestowed such blessings upon it,
   The hare and the rabbit are there to be seen,
   The snipe & the partridge both flock round the green,
   The white trout & salmon in numbers have been,
   Come in to see Cloona Grand Bldgs.

   Nature and art did both take a part,
   And bestowed there a liberal bounty,
   For the woods & the waters that do it surround,
   Its the beauty of all the whole county,
   The falls of Niagara were not so complete,
   For it manufactures both linen & wheat,
   Its fit for the Queen for to wear and to eat,
   All dressed by the Cloona Grand Bldgs.

   You would hear the nightingale singing,
   The lark & the lennet the blackbird & thrush,
   Flocks round when they hear the bells ringing,
   And the foreign stranger dogs visit it too,
   She comes over seas-now I mean the cuckoo,
   She echoes the hill & the valley all through,
