- In the village of Knockroe on the farm of John McKenzie there is a blessed well named "Tobar Feichín".
It is believed that a saint called "Naomh Feichín", used to pray there in early christian times.
On the right hand side of the well there is a heap of small stones and a bush. Above the well is a stone in which the track of the saint's five fingers is still to be seen.
People in this district make stations at this well every year.
People who wish to make the station must visit the well on either two Sundays and a Friday or two Fridays and a Sunday, between(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
