  1. There is a rock in one field near our house. It is resting on two middle sized rocks. There are flags standing up and the people say they are headstones. They also say pagans are buried there. We do not believe it now. There is a sort of "forth" in it also and some people are afraid to pass it at night for fear a fairy or ghost would catch them. They say ghosts dwelt under the big rock. The people said that but, none believe it now because they were never seen at night or by day. The name we have on that place is "Ockera". We have no the meaning of that name. There are bushes growing in it now. We grow crops in the other part of the field.

  2. There was once a man and woman living together in a house. They were not too rich. The trade the man had was shoemaking. Every night he left three pairs of shoes on the table cut out read to make. They were finished next morning. Every night he did the same. One night the woman stayed up to see who was doing this. At last the fairies came down the chimney. The woman was hiding inside the curtain. The fairies did the same work as before. They went dancing then. The woman clothed them and she lived with her husband very happily after that.
