    Cures. 18-3'-38.

    The old people in olden times had a great number of cures for the various diseases and pains.They had a cure for every disease ,and in most cases a skilful cure.They had cures for whoppimg cough,burns,warts, cuts,and ringworm.
    The cure for whooping cough was to meet a man riding on a white horse to ask that man for a cure for that special illness ,and to do whatever that man would tell you.
