the Champions ,and the land leagures. Before sowing the potatoes they are cut in two ,and they leave an eye or two in each half.They are spread about a foot apart in the drills.Long ago the people used to make starch out of potatoes .The champion is the best potatoe of all,especially for table use.
- The Churn .
There are various kinds of churns .The barrel churn the end over end churn and the oldest of all is the dash churn ,which is very rarely used now .The best kind of Churn is the(continues on next page) - Collector
