    The robin is a small bird. She has a red breast. She makes her nest in trees and in holly. The robin eats worms. In winter she comes to our doors looking for crumbs. She does not have a red breast for four or five months. (Rewrite) The robin lays four or five eggs. The robin got her red breast when Our Lord was dying on the cross. She tried to pull the thorns and a drop of blood fell on her breast.
