    He used to stay in the house of the person for whom he was working two or three days that time. When coming he would bring scissors, a thimble and a laboard with him.
    The laboard was for putting under the clothes when he was pressing them. All the women in the district knit stockings. Some of them spin the thread and others of them buy it.
