    Dust flying on the road.
    Stones glittering.
    Hills looking near.
    Mackerel skies - broken weather.
    Animals are conscious of bad weather.
    I have already mentioned the sheep and goats.
    Pigs see the wind and get very restless.

    Ciaróg running on the kitchen floor.
    Cuceret Singing.
    Frog turns black (so does the turf).
    Midges in the summer a sign of rain.
    Ants come for any kind of change in weather.
    Crows & rooks fly low.
    Robin keeps to the middle of the bush in bad weather is on the top in fine weather.
    Black birds, thrushes go down to the bottom of the bushes.
    Good weather.
    Clear setting of the sun.
    Red sunset is good.
    Fog in the harvest sign of good weather.
