Amongst the party was the late owner of the house, sitting at the top of the table. Myers closed all the windows and went down stairs, and on going out in the yard he fell in a weakess but he was carried to the glasshouse by the ghosts. Next morning he awoke to find himself very ill and weak. He died four days afterwards from the effects of seeing the "Good people".
