Many years there was a witch in Clare named Biddy Early. Any who came to her was cured. Once a man who came to her was cured from consumption. A man came to Biddy early that had lost his goats and she told him that would the goat were buried alive. (no title)

A priest once came to Biddy Early and asked her could she change a stone into timber she said she could. The priest said she was doing it by the power of the devil. She flung the stone at the priest and the mark of her fingers are in the stone always(continues on next page)
