  2. A long time ago there were some people going across the Shannon with sheep in a boat to the fair of Limerick One of the sheep put one of his legs through the bottom of the boat. The water was flowing in one of the men got his coat got his coat and tried to stop the hole. He pressed the coat too hard and the bottom of the boat fell off and they all got drowned

  3. The Kildysart people got a ship from Bianconi of Kildysart and they went to Limerick for a load of goods When they reached Kildysart the captain Patrick Lillis left the ship. The ship caught fire and was sunk and goods and people were drowned.
