    The Big Field. It is so called because it is the biggest field in the farm.
    The Hill Field. It is so called because there is a hill in it.
    The Wood Field. It is so called because there is a wood in it.
    The Long Orchard. It is so called because this field was once a very long orchard.
    The Rape Field. It is so called because there is a great lot of rape planted there.
    The End field. It is so called because is is the last field in the farm.
    The following fields belong to Mr. Gason, Richmond, Parish of Carrig:-
    The Ferny Field. It is so called because there are a great number of ferns growing in it.
    The Thistle field. It is so called because there are a great number of thistles growing in the field.
    The Four Acre Field. It is so called because there are only four acres in it.
    The Tillage field. It is so called because there was a great lot of tillage carried on there.
