    A cure for yellow jaundice is to go between an ass's legs three times and to drink his milk.
    Marshmallows is an herb, it is used to cure a stiff arm or rheumatism.
    Goose grease is used for swollen joints.
    There is a fern called Maiden Fern and it grows on a wall, it is used to cure a sick stomach, by simmering it as you would simmer the tea, and drink a half glass every morning fasting.
    A cure for rheumatism is to get three roots of garlic and three roots of male or red root dandelion, sliced and placed in a bottle with Firstshot Whiskey and to bury it for forty-eight hours, and to take a half glass fasting every morning.
