- (continued from previous page)houses in it are situated on a hill. There are two people over seventy and one of them can say her prayers in Irish. There are four ruins of old houses in it which belonged to Owen Tiernan, Brigid Beirne, Jim Dan Beirne and patrick MacDermottroe.
- Kilteasheen is in the parish of Ardcarne and in the barony of Boyle. There are two people living in it namely Michael Harraghy, Mrs Kelly, and Michael Tiernan. There are twelve people in it altogether.
