Long ago people thought that your married life depended on the day you were married.
    The rhyme goes:-
    Monday for health,
    Tuesday for wealth,
Wednesday, the best day of all
    Thursday for losses
    Friday for crosses
Saturday is no day at all."
It was considered lucky to be born in February or October.
Monday's birth is fair of face
Tuesday's birth is full of grace
Wednesday's birth is full of woe
Thursday's birth have far to go
Friday's birth is loving and giving
Saturday's birth work hard for a living
Sunday's birth is luck, bonny wise and good"
