    Long ago people were very strong and healthy.

    Long ago people were very strong and healthy. They sued to eat very healthy food.
    Some people often ate potatoes twice or three times a day. The woman made cakes with potatoes and oaten meal. Boxty was commonly used in olden times.
    In olden times people always had tables that were fastened to the walls on hinges.
    Before delph was introduction the people used wooden vessels. "Noggins" were used instead of cups.
