    Once a man went there and said that he would take the leipreachán home with him. When he went into the fort he knocked down a number of trees looking for the leipreachán. When at last night came he said he would come back again in the morning for the leipreachán. When he went home he found his two daughters mad, and he also got mad and broke his leg. He had to get a wooden leg but no wood would do him except the wood of Tureen Tree.
    This leipreachán was often seen near Tureen
