  1. Travelling folk.
    It is usual for travelling folk to call often at my home selling material, or delph or tin wear. The same people generally call always.
    Some of them are poor whilst others are fairly rich. The people buy some of the articles according as the need them. There travellers get their supplies from large firms.
    I have often seen an old beggar woman who used to call at my home for the past five years, but she is now dead.
    The people of the district called her the "Ballyhaise beggarwoman" because she came from the village of
