    she was going past this well she blessed it. The Catholics go to it on the first of February each year and they light candles and pray.
    There is a Holy Well beside Stonebridge county Monaghan. It is known as the 'Jaundice Well". There is a hill beside it known as the "Jaundice bray". The well is situated in a wood at the bottom of this hill.
    This well was blessed by St. Patrick and the marks of his knees, and of his staff and of his hounds feet are still to be seen on a large flat stone at the edge of the well. The water is a muddy colour and is known and has been proved to be a
