    Burn a piece of brown paper and while it is burning blow it out and draw the smoak into your mouth and leave it in it for as long as you can.

    Melt a piece of nitre in some water and then put a piece of brown paper in it and let it soak then take it out and let it dry then burn it and while it is burning draw in the smoak into your mouth.
