    McCormack's barmaid has got a refined young man
    A well to do farmer named Patrick McCann
    Who is long on the look out for a charming young wife
    That will be the joy of the home and the comfort of his life
    He is taking her for a drive
    In McCormacks Dodge car
    By Killeshandra Belturbet and on then to Swanlingbar,
    To interview her people and just let them see
    The charming young man has captured Marie.
    The customers will regret her,
    And about her will talk,
    And so will the Mrs when out for a walk,
    She used to advise her
    About the Vileanny of men
    And point out all dangers
    That would lead her to sin.
    There is now no delay,
    To write this happy pair,
