    Before you wind the cord on it, spit on it Then hold your hand on the head of the top and fling it against the floor, then it will spin there, for ten minutes or so.
    Guns Those are made from the elder tree and pieces of paper and the cartridges.
    Whistles Get a horse-chestnut and make a hole in it with a nail. Take out the substance that is inside the chestnut. Then blow into the shell and a loud shrill whistle is heard.
    A Bugle Children get a broad piece of grass and put it between their two thumbs and blow against the edge of it and the noise heard is like that of a bugle.
