When I am dead and my legs are roasting
And my mouth is filled with boiling lead.
As you pass by you can read on my tombstone
'' Here lies the boy who stole from old Jimmys' bed.''

    Swanlinbar Football Team.
Down by Brocky's corner one morning
    I did stray
I met a rebel there, who this to me did say,
I have orders from the captain to assemble
    At Drumbar
To see that Gailic football team that is
    Famed so near and far.
It being the first ear in the league unconquered
    they have been
The Swanlinbar, St. Mary's, in their jerseys
    white and green.
