Once upon a time a woman was going home from Tinahely.

Once upon a time a woman was going home from Tinahely. It was past mid-night and as she was passing a house she saw a priest walking along the road reading his prayerbook. She thought it was the Parish Priest going home after attending a sick call so she asked him up in the cart. She was talking to him but he did not answer her so she guessed he was not the Priest. When they came to a little stream dividing the land that belonged to the Priest he jumped off the cart and vanished. The woman got such a fright she died soon after.
