  1. Weather Signs
I heard of a number of weather signs the other day. Some of them are; If the smoke from a chimney blows southwards we shall have rain; if the seagulls begin screeching we shall have rain; if the skies are dark, it is going to rain. Some of the fine weather signs are; If the skies are red when the sun is setting, we shall have fine weather. Another of these signs is: If the cat comes up to the fire, we are going to have fine weather; if the cock crows in the middle of the day we are going to have fine weather. It is raining today. Today is the 4th of November. There are four seasons in the year, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
