    There used to be a pottery near Barker's Rd. Bunclody. Bricks and flower-pots were made in it.
    A deposit of clay still remains to be worked.
    There are eight wheel-wrights in Bunclody. Henry Roberts, Carrickduff, Thomas Roberts, Carrickduff, Patrick Cowman, Church Rd., James Roberts, Irish St., William Roberts, Carrickduff, Jacob Francis, Chapel Rd., and John Whelan Irish St., Instruments : Adze, spoke-shave, chisel and mallet.
