   of the yoemen captured Patrick Murphy and retreated back to Foulksmills with him and then when the rebels saw this they became furious and they put the yoemen to flight. The yoemen tortured him and he died. He had three sons and the yoemen went to kill them, but when they were about to burst the door the ghost of Patrick Murphy appeared and the soldiers took to flight. A party of rebels came across them. Some were killed and more were taken prisoners.
